MEMBERSHIP DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS
We require 2 persons for the Membership Dept.
This is where the outside visitor interacts for the first time with an NCPA office bearer if he / she wishes to become a member of the Performing Arts Circle or wants information on the NCPA programmes.
The person interacts with the public / NCPA Members and hence they need to be friendly and service oriented. The Membership team needs to ensure that they can convince people to join the NCPA; keep a track of membership and go out and meet people in Colleges etc so that we attract a younger base.
Perquisite
Age: 25 to 35 years
Sex: Male or female:
Education: Must be a college graduate
Language fluency: English / Hindi. Foreign language is a benefit.
Computer literacy: Essential: esp. PowerPoint / Excel
Person must be well mannered, presentable, preferably having a love for the Performing and Visual Arts, have a decent dress sense and have some élan.
Must have at least 5 years work experience in a service industry.
He / she must radiate confidence / sensitivity to those he or she works with
Commitment to work essential. Problem solver rather than a problem creator
