Office hours: Mon to Fri 9.45 am to 6.00 pm. Weekends free but individual must be ready to come to work if required. Must be willing to attend NCPA functions if required.
The job function requirements of a person in Membership Dept:
Meeting members when they come to the NCPA, giving them information on the membership schemes or programmes.
Visiting schools and colleges and creating an outreach programme so as to generate membership for the NCPA.
Keeping accurate records of the new members through a new system which is being implemented
Updating the old membership data and maintaining them
Reviewing the current membership programme and giving views on how it can be improved.
Devise a more modern scheme which will benefit NCPA financially
Communicating with current membership members about the fact that reviews are taking place and changes are afoot and that their support is crucial to NCPA.
Developing materials, membership cards etc. for the marketing department and communication of the new membership schemes.
