From the United States to Europe to the Middle East and Asia, Israeli cellist Amit Peled is acclaimed as one of the most exciting instrumentalists on the concert stage today. Peled plays on the cello of Pablo Casals and will continue to share with audiences around the globe the sound of this historic instrument. With a musical heritage deeply rooted in the Hungarian tradition, Marouan Benabdallah received his formal training at the Béla Bartók Conservatory and the Franz Liszt Academy in Budapest, and in 2008, was presented with the Medal of the Hungarian Parliament for his achievement in music – an honour he shares with such artists as Plácido Domingo, José Cura and others.
