Dance Workshop by Joanna de Souza & Misty Wensel

Learn the nuances of creating collaborative works in dance with twice Dora Award nominated Kathak artiste Joanna de Souza (disciple of Chitresh Das) and Misty Wensel, the founder of FadaDance Canada. De Souza and Wensel will take participants through the creative process of drawing artistic parallels and contrasts while developing work in collaborative formats, preserving the technique and integrity of individual style. Using the vocabulary of Kathak and contemporary dance, they will teach participants how to execute and achieve a common artistic vision. 

Workshop is open to participants learning any form of dance.
