Volunteer

We realise that many of our regular audiences at the NCPA have skills and resources that can help us to maintain our reputation as an arts centre of international standing.

We encourage volunteers to help us in our mission. Volunteering may take many forms of which the following are merely examples:

• Fundraising

Form a donor circle such as Sahachari to raise money for the NCPA by way of organising social activities, cultural events and receptions.  This is fundraising with the emphasis on “fun”!

• Hospitality

Help us to look after our visitors by offering to host them during their time in Mumbai. Assistance with accommodation, meals and transport is especially welcome.

• Networking

Make introductions to people with skills and influence who may be able to contribute to our mission.

• Specialist Skills

Those with specialist skills such as writing excellent copy about culture, archiving and documenting collections, knowledge of audio-visual technology etc are welcome to come forward as volunteers at the NCPA.
