Harpist Susan Mazer performs a tribute to Jazz Master Ahmad Jamal

American jazz harpist Susan Mazer marks her Indian performance debut in a concert of contemporary jazz pieces highlighting the compositions of pianist/composer Ahmad Jamal.  Susan Mazer and her husband, woodwinds performer Dallas Smith, had the honor of performing with Ahmad Jamal early in their musical relationship.  They have continued to include Jamal’s pieces in their performance repertoire along with jazz standards and their original compositions. The program will include both familiar and unfamiliar pieces, guaranteed to please Indian jazz fans.
