A Mehli Mehta Music Foundation Presentation

The virtuoso violinist Aisha Syed is designated by the Executive Power of her country the Dominican Republic, as Honorary Cultural Goodwill Ambassador and has been described as ‘one of the youngest and most talented ambassadors of the violin in the world’. She studied at the Menuhin School, Royal College of Music and the Guildhall School and has performed as soloist, recitalist and chamber musician at festivals and major concert venues around the world. Aisha will perform solo works and collaborate with students of the Mehli Mehta Music Foundation string ensemble. The programme will include Bach’s Double Concerto, Grieg Sonata No. 3, Sarasate and Dominican Composer Rafael Solano.

 

In a special initiative, students will get a 50% discount for any category of tickets on proof of identity.
