Piano Recital

Presented by the Mehli Mehta Music Foundation

Kiev-born pianist Alexei Grynyuk had already started giving concerts at the age of six. He attracted wide attention at the age of 13 when he won the first prize at the Sergei Diaghilev All-Soviet-Union piano competition in Moscow and first prize at the Vladimir Horowitz International piano competition in Kiev. He is equally at home in the classical, romantic and 20th-century repertoire of piano music. In recent years the music of Franz Liszt has been an important part of Alexei’s repertoire. The programme will include works by Chopin, Rachmaninoff, Stravinsky and Liszt.

Box Office: 26th November for Members & 29th November for Public
