Be your story- Inside out!!!

Listen to yourself, connect the feelings with words. Use the power of observation. find a story from your routine, play out your stories inside out. Make them dramatic or slow down the pace. Improvise. Make any story interesting however dull by staying present in the moment and making it come alive.

Become a part of your friend’s stories, listen powerfully before you respond and react. Help your friends understand their stories, set up, prop up and play with them.
