Subhrajyoti Sen started learning the sarod at the age of five. He started taking taalim under esteemed sarod artiste Alok Lahhiri under the tradition of guru-shishya parampara. He has completed his M.A. in Instrumental Music and has performed at various conferences and competitions across the country. He has also received a few scholarships from esteemed organisations like the NCPA and the Centre for Cultural Resources and Training (CCRT). He is a recipient of the CITI-NCPA Scholarship 2018-2019. Sanika Goregaonkar’s musical journey began at the age of three. Under the guidance of her gurus, Vidyadhar Vyas, Vikas Kashalkar, Sanjeev Shende, M.N. Bopardikar and Kumudini Bopardikar, she is now well-acquainted with the Gwalior gharana and shades of Jaipur and Agra gharanas in Hindustani classical music. She is also well-versed with semi-classical and light music. She is a recipient of the CITI-NCPA Scholarship 2015-2016 which enabled her to receive advanced training in khayal. She had received a B-Grade at the All India Radio and has, till date, won 70 prizes from various competitions.
