Highly regarded as both a soloist and chamber musician, Dan Zhu has performed with leading orchestras and in major concert halls worldwide, earning acclaim for his expressive range, technical mastery and insightful interpretations. He returns to the SOI to perform Eight Seasons, a unique programme that intertwines the contrasting worlds of Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons and Piazzolla’s The Four Seasons of Buenos Aires, seamlessly blending Baroque elegance with tango-infused modernism.
