A gateway to Improvisational Theatre

Uncover the creative process where worlds are constructed from a single prompt. Whether it’s about embodying a fictional character (even a dog!) at the bus stop or building a whole story collaboratively through a single word addition, this workshop compels participants to become confident storytellers. It’s in fact two of Aditya Kashyap’s favourite activities from the workshop. A seasoned host and actor, Aditya has designed the workshop to be a dialogue between spontaneity and performance.

Participants will take away:
A greater confidence in performing on the spot
Process for turning ideas into stories
Embracing the unknown and using mistakes to their advantage
Learning to work collaboratively and build on ideas through the “yes, and” framework
