The U.S. Consulate General Mumbai In partnership with NCPA Invites you to a Masterclass by the Ari Roland Jazz Quartet.

Saturday, November 24, 2018 4 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

New York City-based Ari Roland Jazz Quartet is inspired by the great masters of Jazz-Louis Armstrong, Duke Ellington, Billie Holiday, Charlie Parker, and Dizzy Gillespie. The quartet performs songs from the 1930s to 1950s Golden Age of Jazz as well as their own original compositions. In addition to performances in New York and elsewhere, they have directed international Jazz programs that bring together musicians from around the world. Quartet members are: Ari Roland, double bass; Zaid Nasser, alto saxophone; Chris Byars, tenor saxophone; and Keith Balla, drums.
