Folk Tales & Storytelling

Inspired by the idea that learning begins with curiosity, this engaging five-day workshop introduces children to the world of theatre through folk tales from different cultures and traditions. Led by theatre practitioner Shreedevi Sunil, each day combines storytelling, imaginative play, interactive games and visual prompts to help children build confidence, creativity and communication skills in a fun and supportive environment.

Through movement and performance exercises, participants will explore how to bring stories to life using space, gesture, expression and imagination, while also discovering their own unique storytelling voice.

Participants will take away:
Greater confidence in communication and self-expression
