Beeja – Earth Seed draws our attention to the potential within our planet. The narrative recognises subaltern voices of the world—the tree, the bird, the swan, the deer. As the story line unfolds, it cautions us to reflect on the footprint humanity is leaving on Earth. Set against a backdrop of complex emotions, the narrative gradient explores aspects of human empathy, apathy and irresponsibility, turning our gaze to confront the tipping point of balance and imbalance.
Sarukkai will also conduct a special talk on understanding aharya on 29th April.
