Festival Details
Online outreach dance exposure for children
This is an online dance outreach program for children aimed at building exposure towards the different dance forms through specially curated sessions covering various topics related to Indian folk and classical dance.
There will be 30 individual sessions of about an hours duration, conducted by experienced dance artistes, spread across various schools and NGOs in the country.
Through these sessions we intend to showcase the rich cultural heritage of our country to the next generation and make them aware of what makes our Indian continent so unique. The session would have a 60 mins dance lecture demonstration conducted over Zoom where children will learn steps of a dance form of India as well as the culture and tradition attached to it. This sessions are scheduled on the weekdays between 10 am to 5 pm from October 2021 to March 2022.
