NCPA@thePark is back, bringing the best performances to parks across the country!

Join us at the Cooperage Bandstand Garden, Fort. This event will feature Ishq hai, Ishq hai, Ishq hai, poetry, storytelling and music by Priya Malik , following a dance performance by Indian Route by Vaishali Sagar’s Kalanjay Dance Academy. Exclusive access for registered patrons will be from 5:00 pm to 5:30 pm. Entry is on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Ishq hai, Ishq hai, Ishq hai – 06:00 pm

An amalgamation of poetry, storytelling and music by Priya Malik – a soulful yet interactive poetic evening that involves relatable poems and anecdotes around love, family and relationships. The show will make you feel the feelings you’ve never felt before. Priya will be accompanied by singer- songwriter Tanmay Maheshwari who will be singing some well-known classic Bollywood melodies for you to sing along!

Indian Route by Vaishali Sagar’s Kalanjay Dance Academy – 07:30 pm

A beautiful evening woven together with some vibrant folk forms of India. Kalanjay presents Lavani from Maharashtra, Tera Taali from Rajasthan, Divli from Goa and Margam Kali from Kerala.Vaishali Sagar began her formal training in Indian Folk Dance under the tutelage of Rooma Banerjee. Vaishali is the director of Kalanjay Dance Academy, Mumbai. A representative of India at numerous international folk festivals, the academy has gradually come to establish itself as a mainstay in the Indian folk-dance landscape. With multiple awards already under their belt, including a gold medal at the Bambini Del Monde, held in Agrigento, Italy, Kalanjay and Vaishali Sagar, now look forward to an even brighter future.
