Bapji: The King Who Would Be Man – A Conversation on Heritage, Leadership and Living Legacy

An evocative evening that brings into focus the enduring dialogue between heritage, culture, and contemporary life.

At its heart is the extraordinary journey of HH Maharaja Gajsingh II of Marwar–Jodhpur an exploration of legacy reimagined through visionary leadership, cultural stewardship, and a deep sense of public responsibility.

The evening will commence with Rang-e-Thar, a stirring folk presentation by the acclaimed SAZ Trio: Sadiq Khan (Dholak), Asin Khan (Lead Vocals & Sindhi Sarangi), Zakir Khan (Support Vocals & Khartal), celebrating the rich musical traditions of Rajasthan.

This will be followed by an exclusive conversation featuring HH Maharaja Gajsingh II in dialogue with authors Yogi Vaid and Aman Nath, offering rare and personal insights into history, legacy, and lived experience.

The discussion will be moderated by Asad Lalji.
