Chandrashekhar Sanekar is widely known among connoisseurs as a poet, lyricist and ghazal writer. For over four decades, he has been devoted to poetry and has authored 10 books (published by Granthali). He has presented nearly 40 ghazal recitals in collaboration with composer and singer Mithilesh Patankar under the series Eka Unhachya Kaifiyat.

The recital, Some of My Ghazals, is primarily based on Sanekar’s collection, Eka Shaharachya Khuntivar, along with some of his more recent ghazals. He will also share his reflections and contemplations on the ghazal form, offering audiences an intimate insight into his creative journey.
