Photography and its Social Impact in Redifining the Present
With the increasing popularity of camera phones and the accessibility provided by digital cameras, can modern photography create a social change that the masterpieces of the past were capable of? Certainly, it can; if only our conversations go beyond cameras and technology, and focus on the social impact we are able to achieve with this limitless medium of expression.
Though this first-of-its-kind panel discussion, we would like to introduce you to a diverse group of individuals and concepts, that we believe, are not only redefining the way we look at photography, but also are illuminating aspects of our lives that are often overlooked and can be a part of a larger conversation for social progress.
