Benjamin has been heralded one of the most important pianists to emerge from the UK in several decades. Benjamin Grosvenor’s recital programme will open with Liszt’s Petrarch Sonnet 104 moving along to Piano Sonata in B minor which Liszt dedicated to Schumann in 1854. The programme will also feature Albéniz’s Iberia, Book 1 which is the composer’s best-known work.
