Language – Rajasthani Folk Play

Shakespeare Mharo Jamai follows Rajasthani Banjara folk artists who, despite generations of rich storytelling, remain unseen and unheard. When circumstances force them to perform Shakespeare, they discover that his stories mirror their own folk tales — born from the same human emotions. Blending humour, folk music, and satire, the play rises beyond language, culture, and borders to remind us that stories do not belong to one land or one name — they belong to humanity.
