Known for his ability to engage in a musical dialogue with artistes rooted in diverse music traditions, Taufiq Qureshi will lead (on Djembe, with breath and vocal Percussions) an ensemble, presenting a blend of classical and contemporary music. The concert will also feature vocalist Vijay Prakash, keyboardist Sangeet Haldipur, and 13-year old prodigy Anirban Roy on the flute, in a fusion of melody, improvisation and rhythm.
