A concert for young audiences and families

An NCPA Presentation

Supported by the Australian Government through Creative Australia

Simon Tedeschi, piano
Emily Taylor, actor/soprano
SOI String Quintet

Meeting Mozart is a lively, family-friendly show for children aged five and above, featuring acclaimed pianist Simon Tedeschi assuming the persona of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Joined by string players from the Symphony Orchestra of India and actor/soprano Emily Taylor as Mozart’s wife Constanze, the performance introduces young audiences to his iconic music—from playful tunes like Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star variations to grand orchestral works. Along the way, children meet each instrument and discover the magic of classical music in an engaging, interactive hour-long journey.
