The Indian Government has decided that Parsis are too few in number to warrant a separate religion. They have been ordered to embrace another religion of their choice or leave the country.

Four Parsi men decide to take on the task of saving the community. They spend so much time doing nothing in the colony that they end up doing everything. They become doctors and police officers and Santa Claus. They become singers and teachers to colony students who learn everything apart from academics from them.
