Internationally acclaimed violinist
Dan Zhu returns to the NCPA for a violin recital with eminent pianist
Jean-Frédéric Neuburger. The programme traces a rich musical lineage: Bach’s Violin Sonata in E major, composed during his Köthen years; Schubert’s deeply lyrical and dramatic Fantasie in C major, written in the final year of his life; and Busoni’s Sonata in E minor, which reflects a bold synthesis of Romantic tradition and modernist vision. United by exceptional virtuosity and shared musical sensitivity, the duo promises a recital of depth, contrast and expressive richness.
Box Office: 25th February for NCPA Members and MMMF Members & 28th February for Public.
