Neha Majmudar Chimmalgi was a disciple of thumri exponent Shobha Gurtu for nine years. She is currently learning rare folk compositions from Kaumudi Munshi. Sraboni Chaudhuri, also trained under Shobha Gurtu, has received the guidance of Dinkar Kaikini and Ajoy Chakraborty. This programme will be fully acoustic without any amplification.
