The O/MOD?RNT Chamber Orchestra of Sweden has been developed, under the direction of violinist Hugo Ticciati, as an integral part of the Swedish festival O/MOD?RNT. Hugo Ticciati is a violinist with a uniquely intellectual approach to his work, incorporating aspects of literature, philosophy, spirituality and meditation. He embraces the world of contemporary music, and also loves devising concerts and events that combine music with dance, literature and other arts. The programme includes Beethoven’s Triple Concerto for violin, cello and piano, and Vox Amoris Fantasy for violin and strings by contemporary Swedish composer P?teris Vasks (first performance in India).
