Conductor Robert Ames and violinist Galya Bisengalieva return to perform with the SOI Chamber Orchestra following their sold-out and highly acclaimed concerts in 2016 and 2017. Ames is co-principal conductor of the London Contemporary Orchestra (LCO) and can be found conducting the LCO in an eclectic range of venues such as The Tate Modern and Oval Space. Bisengalieva is a violinist, improviser and collaborator based in London. She has performed solo shows throughout Europe, the USA, India, Turkey, Russia, Brazil and recently made a successful debut at the Teatro Colón, Buenos Aires, where she received the Revelación Award by the Music Critics Association of Argentina.
