Lecture-Demonstration by Bragha Bessell

As part of the NCPA’s Utkarsh series – In Reverence to the Maestro, Bragha Bessell will be conducting a lecture-demonstration based on her guru Kalanidhi Narayanan’s work, padams, ideas as well as her association with the maestro.

She will also be conducting a two-day Bharatanatyam workshop and will teach a couple of abhinaya-oriented numbers such as padams, javalis, ashtapadis and so on as well as explore the nuances of abhinaya. For more details Click here.
