A thematic concert celebrating Krishna, the Blue God.
The concert features renowned vocalists Priyanka Barve (who played the role of Anarkali in the recent musical play Mughal e Azam) and Rahul Deshpande (grandson of Vasantrao Deshpande). With Janmashtami just around the corner, they will present classical and semi-classical compositions, and timeless raga-based Hindi film songs, to evoke the divine essence of Krishna.

The poetry contained in these compositions is replete with shringara rasa and remarkable for its warm and poignant devotionalism.

Kathak dancer Shalmali Zankar will dance to the lyrics of two songs.
Sunil Deodhar will tie up the songs with a short commentary.

The combination of poetry in music and in movement promises to create an unforgettable experience, resonating with the spirit of Krishna.
