Band Baja promotes innovative music endeavours going beyond the set boundaries of musical genres and traditions, especially by and for the youth. The series presents MusSync, a band of young talented members who are primarily trained in Hindustani music but also have keen interest in other music traditions. The members include Shruti Bhave (violin), Varad Kathapurkar (flute), Kamlesh Bhadkamkar (keyboard) and others. Besides some original pieces, the band will explore a wide array of genres from folk and ghazals to re-arranged popular melodies and symphonic classics.
