Marathi play

Love comes in different shades, and some of them are surely fun, light-hearted, and yet delightful. This is the story of Manya and Mani who have been married for more than 2 decades now.

These two are in their late forties, have a son who has shifted to another city for higher education. Their life has reached a stagnant point, so much so that Manya and Mani’s relationship is not what it used to be.

The magic that was felt when they once met and got married seems to be fading. Manya is always angry with someone, something, or himself. Mani is now getting irritated with his irritation, which only makes things worse for Manya. That’s when he realises that their relationship has hit a midlife crisis! Manya decides that he needs to find a solution to all of this.

In trying to do so, he resorts to his funny, quirky ways as usual! Obviously, he doesn’t seek any professional help, but instead relies on his friend, colleague, and self-proclaimed Casanova, Puru, who suggests having an extramarital affair would help him. Manya hesitantly agrees to have an affair with a young girl from the office. But the guilt takes over and lands him in awkward and funny situations at home and at work. What follows is total chaos and comedy, a journey you must see to witness and laugh away every worry.
